Board game designer and DigiPen instructor Jeremy Holcomb pops into the studio this week to fill us in on his active Kickstarter, “The White Box: A Game Design Workshop-in-a-Box.” We then venture into the tangled web of fraudulent internet service providers, pick apart the logistics of transforming the “bottle flipping game” into a board game, and evaluate intel about mid-cycle console updates from a recent Nielsen Games report. In the Lightning Round, we marvel at the bounty that Blizzard awarded to an eBay hunter who returned a missing StarCraft source code disc, and then we try to figure out who exactly placed a bag of meth in a used copy of GTA V. Prepare your finest pipe-weed and kick around Middle-earth with us for an hour!
